Refund payment done is not possible, due to the following facts: 1 - Same day we receive your payment we wire the money and confirm confirmation to our HOTEL. 2 - Tangon pays for each internet transaction the taxes due for both Tangon and Client. 3 - Taxes to the Russian Tax Administration office are paid for every transaction registered online.
